FAQs

How do I use any of the 'All Access 7' meal plans?

Students have "all access" to "all-you-care-to-eat" meals in the Haggar Café from Monday through Sunday.   You can come in as many times per day, per week or per semester as you choose!  

Students with an 'All Access 5' meal plan can come in Monday through Friday as many times as you choose!

What if I want to upgrade my meal plan?

Students have until the 3rd Friday of each semester to upgrade a meal plan via the 'Meal Plans' area of their eRezLife housing account.  Contact Housing via email to housing@joe-yan.net with any questions.

When do Declining Balance dollars expire?

Declining Balance rolls over from fall to spring for continuing residents and expires at the end of the academic year on Graduation Day. 

What if I run out of Declining Balance during a semester?  

No problem! Additional declining balance may be added to any meal plan via direct purchase from the Dining Services Office located in the Haggar University Center. 

What if I have special dietary needs?

Are there other options for commuters? 

Additional commuter meal plans may be purchased online HERE and are also available for direct purchase from the Dining Services Office located in the Haggar University Center.  Individual meals are also available for purchase at the door.
